Stall DRY STALL DEODORIZER IS AN ALL NATURAL NO RISK SOLUTION

Stall DRY is composed of a natural blend of diatomaceous earth and clay in a granular form,
which has the ability to neutralize ammonia and absorb odors and moisture.

It has a minty-woody scent added, which leaves the stall, barn, cage, trailer or kennel smelling pleasant.

Stall DRY, when used daily, can improve your animals' comfort, reduce bedding costs and save labor (clean-up time).  It is safe to use on dirt, wood, concrete, metal or rubber surfaces, because it is non-caustic and non-toxic.

The Stall DRY Method: 

Starting out:
We usually start with a stripped out stall with 5-6 lbs of Stall DRY sprinkled down all over the stall (wood, concrete, rubber mats), it should look like a light layer of brown sugar. Put any type of bedding on top.

The next day, of course, you will have wet bedding about 90% of horses go in one spot.

 

The Daily maintenance: 
Now we have neat keepers then some of us have horses that swamp the stalls & we know who they are. Everyday open the stall door taking with you either 1/2 lb (for neat keeper) or 1 lb (for swampy) of Stall DRY with you in a small coffee can.  

Immediately sprinkle the Stall DRY on TOP of the wet bedding (yes I know that is hard to fathom but this does work); let that area sit while you pick your stall (for about 12 minutes).  Once you are finished pulling your manure now walk back over to the area you sprinkled the Stall DRY onto & get under it with your muck fork then toss it gently like a tossed salad. Then just walk out. 

Stall DRY absorbs 140 % of its own weight in liquid repeatedly there is no other deodorizer like it.

In a short period of time that wet bedding will dry (depending on the current weather).

There is no need to take out bedding everyday, nor go get fresh bedding everyday. 

This saves you not only bedding but time. Only add bedding when you want it deeper.

 

Want Fly control: 
Year-round I sprinkle some Stall DRY onto the manure in the muck bucket & dump it into the manure pile. This layers Stall DRY throughout the manure pile. Even in the winter the manure pile is warm & fly larva & eggs are still active & present. Stall DRY contains diatomaceous earth.  When the fly larva & jelly-like eggs are in contact with the diatomites, they will become scratched, drain, dehydrate, and die.  If you kill just 1 pair of flies that equals 30 million every 60 days.  Imagine what you can do over a year's time!

 

Environment: an OSU Agrigultural Department study concluded that bedding was affecting our soil & crops; that wood products take 10 years to breakdown into the soil & stunt the crops (whether saw dust, shaving or pellets)

 

 

Money & Time:

      (1) Using Stall DRY means less: bedding to pull, to buy, to spread, and less fuel
           

           All of the above takes time and money.
 

Environmental:

      (2) More & more municipalities now require animal waste materials be removed from the
          property. The extra wasted bedding is filling up our landfills.

          Using Stall DRY will allow for less bedding to be removed.
